Terms of Service

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zentry. By adding the bot to your Discord server, logging into the dashboard, or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms.

Zentry is a Discord moderation and server management bot that provides:

• Automated moderation tools (warnings, timeouts, bans, kicks)
• Automoderation rules (spam, invite links, bad words, mass caps)
• Welcome and goodbye messages
• Logging of server events
• Custom commands
• Reaction roles and leveling systems
• A web-based dashboard for configuration

You agree that you will:

• Only use the Service for lawful purposes and in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other Discord users
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or disrupt the Service
• Not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Take responsibility for how the bot is configured and used in your server

Zentry offers a paid subscription tier called Zentry Pro. By purchasing a subscription:

• You agree to pay the applicable fees ($4.99/month or $39.99/year)
• Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms
• Subscriptions are tied to a specific Discord server
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@zentrybot.net

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You retain ownership of your server's data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server and deleting your account. Upon termination, we will delete your data upon request.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zentry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to moderation actions taken by the bot that affect your server members.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving any moderation settings before activating them on your server. Automated moderation actions (bans, kicks, timeouts) are performed at your direction as server owner.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
