You need Administrator or Manage Server permission on the server. If you recently joined, try logging out and back in to refresh your server list.
Slash commands sync globally and can take up to 1 hour to appear. Make sure the bot has been invited with the correct permissions and that the bot is online.
The bot's role must be higher than the target member's highest role in the server role hierarchy. Go to Server Settings → Roles and move Zentry above the roles it needs to moderate.
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone → Reset Settings. This will delete all configuration for that server.
Wait a few seconds and refresh the page. If it persists, join our Discord server and a team member will help you out.
Yes! Zentry can be added to unlimited servers. Each server has its own independent settings and subscription.
No. Zentry only stores server configuration settings, moderation logs, and warning records. Message content is never stored.
